She is a holistic fitness and health coach who specializes in helping people achieve a sustainable, maintainable, and balanced lifestyle.
WHY WE CREATED THIS PLAN:
With everyone spending more time at home, most pre-existing eating and exercise routines have been disrupted and many women are feeling a bit lost, bored, and unmotivated to get healthy and fit. We saw this as an opportunity to collaborate with a purpose and use our individual nutrition and training skills to create a holistic and home-friendly plan to help women reboot their motivation and get excited about getting healthy again.
